간단하게 해석해 보자면, 장원에서 올해 거둬들인 곡물(보리)양과 가지고 있던 재고, 그리고 다음해 소모양(소작농들에게 줘야 하는 곡물양, 영주님 사냥개 먹이, 가축 사료, 맥아로 만드는데 드는 양, 씨 뿌리거나 탈곡 과정에서 발생하는 손실 등등)까지 정리해 둔 문서네요.
